  1. Start the Vehicle (10 seconds) — Point the camera at the instrument cluster and start the engine. Make sure the odometer and any warning lights are clearly visible, then keep the camera focused while shifting through P → R → N → D (automatic) or engaging Reverse and 1st gear (manual).
  2. Engine Bay (10 seconds) — With the engine still running, open the bonnet and record a clear view of the engine bay for about 10 seconds.
  3. Exterior Walkaround (10 seconds) — Close the bonnet and walk around the vehicle, capturing Front → Left Side → Rear → Right Side. Make sure the registration number plate is clearly visible.

A Vehicle Protection Plan helps cover the cost of specified mechanical repairs after your manufacturer's warranty has expired, providing peace of mind against unexpected breakdowns.
Eligibility depends on your vehicle's age, kilometres driven, service history, verification results, and overall condition. All vehicles require approval before a plan can be issued.
No. Electrical, electronic, infotainment, battery, sensor, module (ECU/TCU), wiring and software-related components are excluded from coverage.
You can choose 1, 2 or 3 years upfront. Each year covers 15,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first, starting from the activation date on your certificate. Coverage automatically terminates once either limit is reached.
Yes. Every plan carries a mandatory waiting period of 30 days or 1,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first. No claims arising during this window are eligible. The waiting period may be waived for select vehicles at our sole discretion.
The maximum aggregate liability under any plan is: Essential ₹1,00,000, Elite ₹2,00,000, and Ultimate ₹3,00,000. We reserve the right to repair, replace or recondition any covered component. See Coverage for full details.

No. Items that wear down through normal use, such as brake pads, clutch plates, tyres, wiper blades, filters, fluids and other consumables, are not covered.

No. Motor insurance covers accidents and theft. A vehicle protection plan covers mechanical failures of the engine, gearbox, steering/braking, and drivetrain that occur through normal use.
It depends on your plan. Essential covers the engine. Elite adds gearbox/transmission and drivetrain. Ultimate adds steering, braking, cooling and fuel system components, plus factory-fitted turbochargers/superchargers. See the Coverage page for the full breakdown by plan.
Yes. Every vehicle must pass a 30-second self-guided vehicle verification before coverage activates. This is a short, smartphone-based video walkaround.
Yes. Our plans are specifically designed for out-of-warranty and pre-owned vehicles, not just cars fresh from the showroom.
Electrical failures, accident/flood/fire damage, damage from negligence or unauthorised modification, routine maintenance, cosmetic repairs, and standard wear-and-tear items are all excluded.
Yes. Plans may be transferred to a subsequent owner, subject to Company approval, ownership verification, and a transfer administration fee.
Coverage terminates immediately, with no refund payable, if false information is provided, the odometer is tampered with, service history is falsified, or fraudulent claims are submitted.
